上海醫(yī)光儀器有限公司

    公司創(chuàng)建于1937年，前身是上海新亞衛(wèi)生材料股份有限公司醫(yī)療器械車間，后更名為上海醫(yī)用光學(xué)儀器廠。經(jīng)過多次改制，2008年正式成立為上海醫(yī)光儀器有限公司。產(chǎn)品涵蓋大部分醫(yī)用軟性內(nèi)窺鏡領(lǐng)域，是國(guó)內(nèi)專業(yè)的內(nèi)窺鏡研發(fā)、制造企業(yè)。     

“上醫(yī)光”和“SMOIF”作為中國(guó)內(nèi)窺鏡知名品牌，我們的研發(fā)技術(shù)水平在持續(xù)提升。歷史上曾研制成功國(guó)內(nèi)第一根光學(xué)纖維像束、第一臺(tái)電珠照明的醫(yī)用光學(xué)纖維胃鏡，多次獲得國(guó)家、上海市科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。公司和產(chǎn)品歷史上被授予“上海市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”、“上海市醫(yī)療器械名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品”、“上海市醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)誠(chéng)信5星級(jí)企業(yè)”和“上海市醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量信用等級(jí)企業(yè)”等。 公司始終竭力推廣“精細(xì)可靠”的質(zhì)量方針，已通過ISO9001、ISO13485質(zhì)量體系，在市場(chǎng)上廣受用戶信賴，產(chǎn)品立足于國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，同時(shí)遠(yuǎn)銷國(guó)際地區(qū)。

    2012年10月，上海醫(yī)光儀器有限公司被深圳邁瑞生物醫(yī)療電子股份有限公司全資收購(gòu)，成為“邁瑞醫(yī)療集團(tuán)成員”。

    2017年3月，深圳邁瑞生物醫(yī)療電子股份有限公司完成對(duì)上海醫(yī)光儀器有限公司全部股權(quán)的轉(zhuǎn)讓，上海醫(yī)光儀器有限公司成為自然人持股的有限責(zé)任公司。

作為獨(dú)立法人，本公司承諾將持續(xù)合法合規(guī)經(jīng)營(yíng)，并對(duì)本公司業(yè)務(wù)獨(dú)立承擔(dān)責(zé)任。期待與廣大客戶、供應(yīng)商及全體員工共同努力，為國(guó)產(chǎn)醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)健康長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。

About SMOIF

    SMOIF is the industrial pioneer of medical optical instruments in China. Its long tradition of developing and manufacturing endoscopic system can be traced back as early as 1937.

    Through the long tradition, SMOIF has been evolved as a specialized firm in the design, development, manufacture and marketing of a wide range of medical optical equipment in its four series of products: electronic flexible endoscopes, optical fiber flexible endoscopes, rigid endoscopes and surgical microscopes. SMOIF equipment and systems are widely used by the medical practitioners around the world, including China, Europe, America, Mideast, Southeast Asia and Africa.

    Since October, 2012, SMOIF has become a whole subsidiary of Mindray. Mindray SMOIF is making ever more extensive research & development efforts with strong commitment of providing high quality medical optical systems.

    In March 2017, Mindray completed the transfer of all shares of SMOIF and SMOIF became a natural person holding limited liability company.
